Um questionário é uma etapa de uma relação. A abrangência do engajamento importa: os fornecedores prioritários estão envolvidos? A profundidade também: o que muda em suas metas, capacidades e ações? No CDP, desenvolvi o Supplier Engagement Rating com colegas e lancei o Action Exchange. Na EcoVadis, continuo esse trabalho por meio das relações com fornecedores, decisões de compra e evidências de progresso.

No CDP, ajudei a construir a colaboração Walmart–HSBC e o programa de financiamento de fornecedores da Vodafone, inicialmente oferecido por meio do Citi. Eles ligavam o desempenho ambiental às condições de financiamento. Minha trajetória também inclui o Scope 3 Impact Delta e o conselho consultivo técnico do NZDPU. Na EcoVadis, parcerias conectam dados de carbono de fornecedores às decisões de empresas e investidores.
